MEANING OF GROUP NAME
aespa (pronounced e-seu-pa), is a combination of æ, which is short for ‘Avatar X Experience’ and the English word ‘aspect’ (as in, double aspects of a single element). æ (pronounced aye) is also the in-universe term for calling digital/virtual representations of oneself in the real world. Each member of aespa has an æ of their own. (æ-KARINA, æ-GISELLE, æ-WINTER, æ-NINGNING)
